Quality: how we produce our antennas
  • The key feature of our antennas is the use of durable and high-quality materials
  • The material of all elements and booms is a high-strength aluminum alloy D16T (Comparative table of the strength characteristics of some aluminum alloys)
  • The elements and booms of the antennas are made of pipes of several adjacent diameters, which provide a technological sliding of the pipes, a thin profile (which means a small wind load), a low weight and most importantly - a very high strength of the structure
  • Most threaded joints are made of stainless steel. Part of the steel fasteners is galvanized
  • All pipes and parts from aluminum alloys are subjected to mechanical polishing to obtain matte shine
  • The insulating materials used in antennas are F4 fluoroplast, fiberglass SST, Polyamide PA-6 (Caprolon), polypropylene, aramid fiber (Kevlar)
  • Thanks to СТС drilling, all element mounts are easily installed on the boom in one line, making the elements strictly parallel to each other. Thus, accuracy in the assembly is ensured
  • Drilling holes in the pipes of elements is also performed on a CNC machine, which practically guarantees the identity of all sizes
  • For the construction of antennas, another specially made equipment is used, which allows us to achieve high quality
